Beginning of October, 2014, the EUCVET project was kicked off at Politeknika Ikastegia Txorierri in Bilbao, Spain. All partners attending and eager to get going! Great, competent, and dedicated people! We are definitely going to break new grounds for the European Class and European vocational education and training in welding, industrial automation, and trucks maintenance!
The second day of the project meeting, the three parallel teams (welding, automation, and trucks maintenance) started the discussions about what units of learning outcomes to create. Three main questions guide the teams in this initial step of the ECVET process:
– what job profile will the unit aim for?
– what will be the scope of the unit?
– what are the prioritized skills needs for the specific job profile right now?
